An emergency forced me to contact this recommended vet (Dr. Stephen Willis) instead of my regular doctor. While I was becoming more dissatisfied with ongoing treatment of my aging dog, it is difficult to change doctors after a several year history. Most vets have good qualities, but when you really need the comfort of knowing you are doing the very best you can for your pet, you want that special care and that is what we got from Dr. Willis at Critter Care. He is extremely knowledgeable about many conditions (more than most), he was totally dedicated in his research (well connected to many specialists that HE talked to personally) and (to my amazement) was most considerate with his charges (pet owners know how stunning costs can be and we pay them). The clincher for me (I know this isn't to be expected) is that Dr. Willis made 3 trips TO MY HOME over the first weekend to care for my dog (diabetic emergency) when he hadn't even met me or my dog before that Friday! A special VET!
