Car detailed and very happy with the service. It didn't take very long at all. My only complaint was that they forgot to vacuum out the trunk. They noticed it right before we left and offered to do it, but it was cold outside, so we just said forget it. Otherwise, service and timing was great.

Quick and courteous, although I often have to remind the workers of certain spots or rug shampooing. Waiting room is basic -- could use more comfortable chairs. Also has an area with kids toys to keep them occupied. Don't let them leave those smelly pads in the car --- you'll have a headache before you get home.
