i enjoy going to totally tan. they have only helped me with anything i needed. i have tried other places and this location has always been friendly and now know me by name. i love the pricing and the beds. its clean and welcoming. i recommend this place to anyone!

For everyone that has been saying bad stuff about this place is wrong. The REAL owners sold it and opened a new one. They are great people, But yes the people they sold it to were horrible. They bought the business back a little over a yr ago. So i would tell everyone to go back cause that are wonderful people and take care of you!

I've been going to Totally Tan since 2001. The staff there has always been wonderful even under the previous ownership. They are always willing to help and I love the fact they know their customers by name. I would recommend them to everyone!

Very rude owner / staff. Accused me of stealing their products because (I can only guess) I was bringing in my own and not spending more money with them. They then attempted to ban me from their business midway through a package I had purchased. Better Business Bureau ruled that I could finish out my package as there was no proof against me. If they suspected I was stealing from them, they should have searched my bag. If they had, they would have seen my economically-priced lotion from Sally's! You can imagine my humiliation. I only went back because I'd already spent money on the package and could not get a refund. I also could not handle giving them the satisfaction of REALLY doing me an injustice by stealing from me!! This incident still haunts me to this day. Avoid this place no matter what! I know I will.

Beds are really old and falling apart

I would never recommend this place. It was dirty and the staff was rude, especially some part-timer there named Steve. He and his mother (I can't remember her name) shouldn't even be in any business dealing with the public. They couldn't answer simple questions about the lotions or the tanning plans, besides just being arrogant the whole time. Some other girl working there acted like she was on drugs. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is horrible.
