I tried another karate school before choosing this one and I am happy I came here. At this school you get martial arts and self defense instruction. But you also get a good workout as well. Other places only do a few kicks and punches and I was looking for a lot more for my money. I found it here. I recommend Tae Ryu Jitsu Karate Studio.
