I have been going to Olde Towne since it was on Lindbergh and would not go anywhere else. Kevin is great and so is Heather and Michelle. They will come and pick up your lawn mower if you don't have the ability to take it there and they are extremely competent in what they do and Kevin always looks for ways to save me money.

My husband used Old Towne for the first time this year to tune-up his aging Honda self-propelled mower. (He’s had it tuned up almost every year, but at other shops.) Now, every time he cuts the grass he tells me how happy he is!! He says the mower runs like it’s new, for the first time since it WAS new!! These folks give old-school customer service and do top-notch work. Plus it feels great to support a local, small family business. THANK-YOU OLD TOWNE!! 😃

We had our riding mower repaired here. We told the mechanic to let us know what all was broken and we would decide if it worth it to fix or just buy a new one. We went ahead and had $260 in repairs done and the same day they returned it to us it broke again. Now they say it needs additional $230 worth of repairs. I told them to give me a refund on the repairs already performed and they could keep the mower but they refused. I feel they were negligent in not telling us all the repairs needed up front. Had I know it would be $500 I would have just bought a new mower. If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!!!

This is a company that does business the old fashioned way. They earn it. We brought in a chainsaw that wouldn't start. We were told over the phone that they were behind & it would be about 3 weeks. They saw that it was brand new even though it was their closing time, decided to look at it right away. They had it running 15 minutes later & didn't charge us anything. Just explained how to take care of it & told us they wanted our future business. We'll definitely be back.
