Always honest, works with me on large bills, cheap tow when needed. Mechanics call and explain every issue and stwp needed. Love this shop!

My car broke down on me today and I called kens for their towing service. The first time I spoke with Ken on the phone everything seemed great. He said he could come out right away and pick up my car. I told him where it was going and that my dealership would be paying for it. I get a call back from him and he said that he could not tow it because it needed to be towed to at Charles which is only 20 minutes from where the car was. He told me to call him Monday.. Knowing I needed a tow now. I will never call or use them for service. I would not recommend to a friend either. I thought the tow was taken care of and he definitely inconvenienced me.

Called Ken's because our business, Soft Touch Dental, had a broken down car over a week in our parking lot. They were very quick to take care of us. Very friend and prompt! Would highly recommend!
