I have forty years of experience in trying cases with juries in Superior Court and Municipal Courts. I try matrimonial cases, will contests, guardianship cases and all matters pertaing to condominium and homeowner associations. I have recovered judgments in jury trials in excess of $250,000.00 in construction defect litigation and settled other construction defect litigation with mediation and arbitration in excess of $1,000,000.
