      General Info
      Dennis Han, MD is part of Summit Healths Gastroenterology team. Dr. Han specializes in gastroenterology with a special interest in advanced therapeutic endoscopy. He treats a wide array of gastrointestinal conditions including diseases of the pancreas and bile ducts, Barretts esophagus, and inflammatory bowel disease. In addition, he performs endoscopic procedures for screening and management of gastrointestinal cancers. Dr. Han is extensively trained in advanced therapeutic and diagnostic procedures including endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), endoscopic therapy for Barretts esophagus, large colon polyp removal (endoscopic mucosal resection) and endoscopic stenting.Dr. Hans research interests include clinical outcomes in pancreatico-biliary disease and advanced endoscopic imaging in Barretts esophagus. His work has been published in peer-reviewed journals including Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, Endoscopy and Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology, and he has presented at conferences across the country. He is a member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and American College of Gastroenterology.Dr. Hans patient care philosophy is to provide the best individualized treatment options to address each unique patient.
