I was on a U haul trip from Tampa to New England and my truck fuel pump went. The young mechanic came out and was able to get the truck to thier shop where he diagnosed the problem. The part would not be in until 10am the next morning but he took the pump out of the truck that night so it would be ready when the part arrived. The nice woman in the office was able to get a hotel room and they dropped me off and picked me up at 11:30 am the next day with the truck fixed.I continued on the New Engand with no Problems.

They charged me twice, the hourly service is $75, but then they changed to $125 for the "heat factor outside" because it was 105F that day. The job performed was very well described on the bill, but I don't think it was performed because as soon as I got to Jacksonville, FL the same thing happened AGAIN and worst... So they charged me $951 to the job CASH ONLY.... I said I didn't have cash, not enough, so I gave my card to her... she came back saying her boss didn't authorize to use the card, run to the bank got $950 from the bank and paid... got to Jacksonville, spent another $600 FOR THE SAME PROBLEM, and when I went to get money from the bank, surprise! They charged my card AND my CASH. Now it's Saturday, they are not open, and I have to wait until Monday for MAYBE getting my money back. LIARS and thief! TERRIBLE SERVICE PERFOMED!
