The apartment I rented was filthy and the drains were clogged, the door fell off the hinges and the toilet overflowed. The rug was filthy, moldy and torn and when the plumber came six months after I moved in to unclogg the drain, he blasted scum, rotting food and grease all over the apartment. I had to clean it up, which included carrying buckets full of the stuff across the house. The plumber actually used a garden hose which he dragged through the house from outside to try to blow out the drains. When I vaccummed the rugs they fell apart. I moved out and when I asked for my security back, the Eaddy company said that it was my fault the rugs fell apart and they are now getting an estimate to see if they can repair them. That is insane. No one could repair a rotten, moldy, torn up mess that is covered with sewage from the drains. They are trying to keep my $400 security deposit.My rating is 0 stars out of five.

I could not be more pleased with their customer service. Great company to work with.
