I wen to the store yesterday and was looking for something in particular. I must have looked confused because a young lady in the framing department stopped what she was doing and asked me if she could help me. She knew what I needed and I was able to complete a project, very important, on time and with now worries. She didn't have to do that. When I got to the check out the lady was so kind. I haven't been there but just a few times because of the distance but you can bet I'll be going back. Such a clean and organized store. I was made to feel that I was the only person there. Thanks Florence store for caring!

I called the Hobby Lobby in Florence SC to ask questions about seasonal employment and the young man that answered the phone stated that I needed to come into the store for an application which is understandable. When I asked who his store manager was he replied "We are not allowed to give out that information. Why is that??? To me that is not good customer service. What is he hiding about the store manager.
