Claudia is a wonderful groomer. My Bichon is difficult and the previous groomer wanted to drug her to groom her. Claudia took the time with my dog that was needed to build trust. Other groomers seemed to want to just hurry through and that made my dog anxious. Each time my bichon visited Zoom n Groom she became more adjusted to the process and became a better customer!
