Don't use them for your wedding. For well over a thousand dollars in flowers, you would think they would be more flexible in there church delivery. Our church has no one available to open the church until 3:00 PM. (these people are volunteers, so I understand) Secret Garden is refusing, after several calls pleading with them, to deliver any later than 2:00 PM. Their response is "Check your contract". I entered into that contract months ago. Who knew this would be an issue? They said if we can not get into the church by 2:00, they can deliver the flowers to someone's house. Do they really think I have time to load up the flowers, take them to the church and then have to set them up myself? I thought that is what I was paying them for. Who ever heard of a business that is based on customer service and satisfaction telling someone they close at 2:00 on Saturday and too bad if we don't like it? Isn?t florist a service industry that relies heavy on the wedding business?

I would not recommend this florist, nor use them again. They delivered the order incorrectly, on the wrong day. Thought behind the idea of the flowers was lost, and customer service to resolve the issue was unprofessional and rude. No remedy for their mistake was made, no resolution, just ok with them to leave a customer unhappy with their service. Their words were: 'it's your word against ours' - I don't know about you but that's not a company I would care to give my business.
