Every year we have a fall bash, and every year I forget to book tables and chairs ahead of time. Every year they are cheerful, and tell me "When do you need them? No problem!" They deliver ahead of time and leave them in the driveway if I am not home, and they pick up the same way, I leave them in the drive and they come and get them. I am always impressed!
