Best place all-around in northern Kentucky to buy furniture! We have purchased lots of furniture from other stores and none has held up as well as our Lazy-Boy furniture. Highly recommend this store for quality furniture. Customer service deserves a 5 star as well!

Well, I had to pick a star in order to continue, otherwise I would have given 0 -stars. La-z- Boy is suppose to be one of the best furniture stores and that is why I chose them to purchase a recliner. I special ordered due to the fabric I wanted. You cannot return a special order because you change your mind. I understand that. But, you should be able to return if the chair is made poorly and is defective. NOPE! The incredible problems I have had is with Comfort Care, La-Z- Boys customer service department. That department told me I will NEVER get a refund and they will NEVER let me return the chair. Corporate will not allow it. Therefore, the chair has to be fixed. Two months later (with me having to follow up several times) the chair has not been fixed. They tell me something different every time I call. Their "Fix-It" policy takes forever. Current reason, parts/fabric not in. Was told a week before, that it would be ready to ship in a week. DO NOT BUY FROM LA-Z-BOY! Not customer friendly. Original store I bought from said there was nothing they can do. Would not even make a call to Comfort Care for me. Do not bother with this store or the LA-Z-BOY name in general.

Do not buy anything from this store. They will take your money then never deliver the product. Been waiting 12 weeks for my order with no delivery date in sight. The store keeps giving me the run around and says they will check into things and get back with me but nobody ever does. I had to go into the store on several occassions just to get someone to deal with me.
