Homer retired. Business is closed

After realizing my car had a crack in the radiator I googled radiator shops, Homer's came up and a few others. I decided to take my car to them on a Thursday evening (right before the 4th of July weekend), not only did Homer fix my car in a very timely manner, he was reasonably priced, actually if I am being honest, he was priced below the other shops I called. My car called for 3 hours labor (according to Chilton), I know Homer went above and beyond to get me my car back in a timely manner. Also I would like to mention the receptionist, Betty, she was friendly and welcoming. She was thorough in giving me a written quote and said depending on the anti-freeze I needed for my car, the quote would only be off by a dollar or two. In reality my invoice was around $10 less than what was quoted. Upon leaving, Homer came in and told me that if any issues arise, to please let him know. This was my first visit to this shop and I would have to say, I will be back (hopefully not soon though). As a woman I felt as though they were being honest and upfront with me. I have never felt comfortable in any mechanics shop. I have also never felt as though I could trust the mechanic was being honest, until this experience!
