I rent a home from these folks and I have never had any problems. Anything that needs to be fixed is always addressed in an appropriate time manner and fixed by friendly service people.

Nice clean houses and apartments. Prices are great arrange from $400 for apartments and anywhere from $575-650 for a 3 bedroom house. Staff is great and very accommodating to ones needs.
