Lockhart installed my roof in May .from start to finish excellent job,very profession workers,clean up was top notch....would recommend them without hesitation!
They replaced our roof 3 years ago in the spring. The first winter afterwards, we had a leaking roof. They said the caulking around the flashing had cracked, but failed to produce pictures, after I had requested it. They repaired it at the time. No problems until today...leaking in the exact same spot. I have no tolerance for poor workmanship!
UPDATE:
They saw my negative review (1 star) and immediately responded. They came out and did a treatment on the roof. So far, no more leaking. I am impressed with their quick response. If the process is more permanent, I will raise this to 5 stars.
UPDATE2.0:
The crew from Lockhart came out twice. They caulked out various areas of the house that were actually MY responsibility...at no cost. They also showed me some areas that need attention (chimney cap, insulation, etc.). I am very impressed with how the company has responded. I will definitely refer them in the future!
I can't say enough good things about this company. They did my roof in 2014 and I recently had an issue with my dryer vent that exhausted out of the roof from my second story laundry. (horrible design by builder) I called Lockhart and they came out and inspected the issue and suggested a different style exhaust vent for the dryer. They ordered the vent and had it installed within a week in middle of winter. New vent works amazing and my dryer has never ran this efficient. I will continue to recommend these guys!!
They've got your back. That's the phrase that kept coming to mind when I thought about this summer's projects. I've been using them, almost exclusively, over many years and endorse them without reservation. The only time I ever had a problem was when I DIDNT use them! A prior roofer wanted 5x as much as Lockhart, so I thought it would be 5x better. Not only was the roof not up to code, but I didn't get everything I paid for. Expensive mistake! It needed to be redone - so I called Lockhart. The roof was part of a larger project this summer including siding, shutters, gutters, doors, some replacement windows, and the elimination of a few windows entirely - requiring some insulation and drywall. Lockhart did it all! Everything was overseen and guided to completion, every concern addressed, every question answered, every personal decision change (color of shutters, siding, etc) acknowledged with patience and I couldn't be happier with the results! I recommend them without any reservations.
Very happy with my new roof from Lockhart Roofing. The process went so smoothly I was shocked. I expected it to be long miserable but when it only took them one day I was really relieved. I recommend Lockhart to everyone when they're in need of a roof.
Highly Recommend this Company. From day one, I was impressed. Very professional on the phone and in person. My Chimney brick work needed repairs, and they had a guy! He was quite reasonable and did a great job. With the roofing materials, they offer an excellent product, installation, communication, everything. For those of us, that hold our breath sometimes when calling a contractor, you won't do that at all with this company. They really do match their top notch ratings. Putting a roof on is a huge deal, and its expensive, but also, remember, you get what you pay for, and it's important that the roof be properly installed. They will be around when you need them and available. I will be recommending them to friends and family. No question
