Jazzercise is a great way to get/stay fit. It is fun to work out, via dance; to current songs, working various areas of the body. I've worked out with this group since the 90's and still love to dance. The instructors and class managers are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and we all looove dance aerobics!!
