Be careful with this company. They will fly at almost any weather condition so long as there is a "window" of opportunity to launch the balloon without regard to the comforts of the passenger during landing. Most ethical companies would make sure that the weather is optimum for both take-off and landing; AND that you have sufficient flight time for the money you paid. Not this one ...
