WE ORDERED CUSTOM VANITIES spent an hour sitting down with Diane in the flemington store going over everything that we needed and wanted. She must have not been listening and wrote down on order form wrong size vanity.We wait four weeks for vanities. When we got vanities home one was the wrong size. We asked for a 30in and a 36in vanity she wrote down 24 inch vanity. When i called the store to ask what we would do and make them aware that there was an issue they did not seem to care. The situation was very poorly handled for a huge company especially when we planned on spending a lot more money there. They would do nothing for us and still charged us a 100.00$ re stocking fee to get the rest of our money back. I will never shop here again and would recommend people to do the same there are a lot of other places that have the same products as Arron...

Just purchased 2 bathrooms at Aarons with Maria Opdyke, she was very knowledgeable & extremely accomodating. Love the fixtures, the bathrooms are luxurious! The Kitchen is next!

If you go to the Flemington branch stay away from the salesperson named Maria Opdyke. She is the branch managers wife and gets away with murder. Once she got our order and deposit for thousands of dollars worth of plumbing we could never gether to return a call.We would literarly have to leave 5-6 mesages as she would never answer her phone or return calls. She sold us fixtures out of a catalog without telling us they were on display 20 feet from her desk. You cannot get a true represeentation looking at little catalog photos. Can you immagine she was too lazy to get off of her butt and show us that they had actual sample right there!!!As a result we purchased hideously large fixtures that were way to big for the tiny bath we were doing.
