24 hr service? I don't think they know what that means! I called at 2:00 am and they transferred me to an after hour line in which the phone kept ringing and when they finally picked up the phone they didn't say a word!!

Very courteous service. Explained our situation in great detail, informed us on what they are going to do to solve our problem. Checked out our cooling system and told us of future issues we might have, without pressuring to resolve any issue at the time. Would recommend their services to anyone.

we had Superior Comfort out on a sunday to fix our furnace.They were their in about 30 min. They had the part on the truck and we have heat. We won't call anyone else.
