this bussiness is highly poor when it comes pay the rent old/new stlye over night drop box and electric checking makes no different when this bussiness fails to honor payment thats clearly dated before the 3rd of every month (( LEGIT NON-LATE )) adds late fees and court cost under embezzeling AGAINST RENTERS RIGHTS

nice place to live, manufacture homes only

This place has been a blessing to us, we saved a lot of money since moving here from our home, the neighbors are very nice too.
