First time had a perm . It came out great. My hair was not in great shape butAlphonso took his time and treated my hair. My hair looks better and I haveSoft curls. Just what I wanted.

I have been a client at Alfonso's Salon for over 20 years. I am always overjoyed with the results. Alfonso does a fantastic job and I am never dissatisfied. I could never go any place else!!!

I went here a few weeks ago to cut 12 inches off my hair. The stylist did an amazing job and gave me a very trendy cut. I went back today for a trim. I got a different stylist today because the one I originally went to was not available. She butchered my hair! She took out all the angles I had, and cut it straight. Even after asking her to fix it she wasn't able to get it to the level that I wanted. She didn't blow dry it correctly and blamed my hair for curling in weird angles. She didn't dust off the hair from my shoulders before I left. When I got home I had to fix my own bangs because she did a poor job cutting them too. I am going to have to go to another salon to fix this. I am never going to Alfonso's again!

I've been a customer for about 10 years and this salon is one of the best I've ever been to. Staff is knowledgable, friendly and courteous. Alfonso is a perfectionist who will spend as much time with his clients as it takes to ensure their satisfaction. He takes classes to keep current on new techniques and performs at hair shows. Additionally, he is constantly training his staff to ensure their clients receive the best service.

The cost was decent for a haircut but it again reaffirmed my general distrust of hairdressers. I had extremely long hair and just needed a trim: 5 inches later, I am off to buy Rogaine today in attempt to get it to grow back. If you already have short hair and don't really care how much comes off, this is a good place for you. If you want someone who listens to your requests, go somewhere more professional.
