      Summit Health and Fitness is a more than 25,000 square feet of fitness facility. The center specializes in a variety of fitness, wellness and group exercise activities. It provides membership options for individuals, families, students and senior citizens. Summit Health and Fitness offers corporate packages to several local corporations. The center organizes yoga, Pilates and cardio classes. Summit Health and Fitness is equipped with free weight, plate-loaded and selectorized equipment. The center additionally provides complimentary equipment consultation services. Its senior programs help to improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, strength, stamina, balance and coordination. Summit Health and Fitness has a partnership with Black Diamond Spa, which offers several facials and skin, hair and body treatment programs.
