Very knowledgeable,reasonable and honest staff.I've dealt with them for years.Anytime I've had even the smallest problem,they have always made it right.

Had a transmission and transfer case rebuilt though sammy's auto parts turned out to be a nightmare for a year, transmission was pulled 4 times no satisfaction went to nationwide in Flagstaff fixed it had to redo everything I paid Sammy to do runs great. Sammy did not do what was contracted. Cheated!!!!!!!!! One star is one to many

There is no rating I could give them one star is to generous. I had a transmission and transfer case I gave them to be rebuilt with heavy duty specs in mind went over this extensively what I wanted they assured me no problem. The job was done so poorly that the transmission had been pulled 4 times in one year with countless other cost incurred and additional damage was done to the engine. Finally after a year fooling with them I took it to a transmission shop that found out that the repairs done to the transmission and transfer case where substandard. They made so many mistakes that can be substantiated I am forced to sue them to get satisfaction.

This shop has a great local shop feel with owners that genuinely have your best interest in mind. They have great warrenties and faith in the products they sell! Love this place!
