This was an excellent experience in all respects. The response to the message about problems with my furnace was prompt and friendly. No complaint with a service call within 90 minutes of the request. Sam, the technician, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and even had the part on his truck. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend Master Mechanical to everyone. I had contacted three other companies in Flagstaff about the problem, one advertised 24/7 response. I have not had any contact from the other companies.
