Professional, courteous, timely, and what a WOW factor when it comes to the results on my car! I can't say enough about how happy I am with the work restoring my car to her original condition after having the rear bumper torn off in a parking lot. Kevin (the manager) took his time, and answered every question honestly and thoughtfully. When I got her back, she looked good as new AND they took the time to thoroughly clean her inside and out. They EVEN touched up a few spots that weren't part of the estamate free of charge AND left some touch up paint in the car! WOW!
