This store lied to me twice. First the delivery date was pushed back 2 weeks; this was justified by telling me that Flag is mostly second homes so its okay that stuff does not come when they say it will. Then when I went to pick it up they tried to pass off the floor model as new, but it was obviously the floor model - scratched and had the plastic thing used to hang the sales tag on the arm. There was a new one in the back but I could not have it. When I asked for a refund they gave it without question & the sales lady who told me where to pick it up left the room.
