This Dentistry made me feel as if I was family as soon as I walked through the door the very first-time id been there. I had a dentist in the past give me some dentist trauma so I was very hesitant to go to any kind of dentist. When i went into this dentistry I was DUMBFOUNDED at how they went about EVERYTHING. The same procedure that was so painful at the other dentist was 110% pain-free at this dentistry. I have gone back to this dentist probably 7 times in the last 2 to 3 years and every single time it has been pain-free. I just read the other review from HJ and I want everyone to know that is a competitor or something and they have never been inside of this dentistry. My name is Brandan and i am 22 years old and living in flagstaff and i stand by my word I personally believe this is the best overall dentistry in the entire world. They use lasers here instead of other tools to remove some of the physicality on your teeth. I cannot find enough words to say to accurately tell you how much trust I have in this dentistry. Please Please go to this dentist for ANYTHING you have and test them! Tell them u want little to no pain for the worst surgery you can possibly get and darnet i have full faith in this dentistry to somehow make that happen! I had a dental emergency and had just moved to Flagstaff, I was referred by my old dentist to Dr. Janisse and am so grateful! Dr. Janisse is wonderful and really listened about the issues I was having. He is now my primary dentist!

One visit was too much at this peach of a dental practice.

If you choose to go here be prepared to deal with their lovely office manager Alex, she has the personality of a bear woken up half way through hibernation, paired with the job ability of a puppy surviving in the wild. She billed us completely wrong, over charging us, saying she did not receive insurance information. Her resolution: this was how she billed it and didn’t know what to do (or want to do anything about it). After many exciting and enlightening calls between our dental insurance and Flagstaff Family Dental Center we verified all procedures were covered and our insurance had in-fact been faxed over with a confirmation two weeks prior. Her personality really bloomed during this, professionalism out-the-window, rude as can be, very immature. We finally got reimbursed, and now I have enough billing knowledge to do her job.

As far as the procedures themselves, cleaning and x-rays, tender mouths beware…. imagine a baby dinosaur scampering in your mouth (this is with an excellent set of teeth, no cavities, tartar, etc.). Good luck to you if you visit this office, you have been forewarned.

I would like to give them no stars - however since I cannot do that they get one. Very unfriendly staff!!! No magazines in the waiting room, and takes forever to be seen. Once seen they ignore you forever - then hurry and rush you out the door!
