Your office really came in and order back in our lives! You and your team listened to our imput and faught hard to make a HORRIBLE situation bearable. Now mind you.....I received this letter AFTER my had recently been discharged! Overall, it was a great experience, and I definitely accomplished the majority of my goals. My only area that I would suggest improvement would be the turnaround response time. I realize that they have hundreds of clients and other obligations--so it is difficult to address everyone's needs in a timely manner. Everyone has always been very courteous and extremely helpful.
