Crazy place on 3/17/17. Very busy, find your own table, but service was quick, friendly, and efficient. Food was as good as Irish food gets. They were up to the task, and we appreciated it

Don't ever step foot into Collins Irish Pub and Eatery and expect service. My husband, 2 year old son and 3 month old son stepped into Collin's and were greeted immediately by a waitress, but then service went sour. We chose a booth overlooking the street and sat for 20 minutes until I finally asked a wandering waiter for a menu. After reviewing the menu for a few minutes and watching other guests enter, receive menus and drinks, then order food, we got up and left. As we were leaving our waitress came up to us and asked to take our drink order and apologized for the confusion. There was no confusion, we were simply ignored! Even if the eatery was packed, no one should wait 20 minutes and have to ask for a menu...

We ended up at Monsoon, just down the street. We experienced great food and amazing customer service!
