Columbia Heights High School is a public secondary school providing education to students in grades nine through 12. The school is located in Columbia Heights, Minn., and offers college preparatory courses in various subjects, including English, math, language arts, foreign languages, science and social studies. Additionally, it provides courses in technology, and physical and special education programs. It offers elective programs in various subjects, including journalism, language and communication, and television production and media studies. It additionally offers advanced placement courses in calculus, chemistry, economics, biology and history. It provides the Cisco Technical Academy program, a two-year school-to-work program that provides students education in computer networking. It offers a wide range of athletic programs, including football, bowling, track, gymnastics, basketball, cheerleading, wrestling, tennis and softball. The school also offers various activity programs, such as music, band, choir and jazz. It also has a media center and offers guidance and counseling services.
