I've had one of the most awesome experiences working with this company! They're extremely professional and understanding. As a college a student, She (the owner) was highly understanding. When i bought the car (a Honda Accord) is drove smoothly, with all it's electronics working perfectly inside the car. I accidentally put diesel inside the car, I called up the lady (Sulvie) I bought the car from, within a few hours, she sent a tow truck from MA to CT and fixed my car for FREE. I'm ever so grateful to you Sulvie for apprehending my situation. I'm financially struggling, and she was able to understand that and had the car ready within 8 hours, perfectly running again. I will never forget what an amazing person she is, and how professional her company is. I would recommend this company to all the new car buys out there, or anyone looking for a reliable company to deal with. Words wont express how satisfied I am from your service!! 2 years ago I drove 1 hour to buy tires they said they had in stock, they did not have!!
Waste of time!!

Unreal, learn how to keep track of inventory, you are a small junk yard, your counter guy said you don't even pull parts from cars till ordered??

My friend and I both went to New England auto recyclers, Winchendon, in and out in 5 minutes!!

Very bad experience, wish I googled reviews First.

Bad stuff everywhere.

I purchased a 2003 dodge neon from them in April 2013. I never once had a problem with Sylvy she has treated me with respect every time I have called or brought my car in for issues. She even has helped me after my warranty ran out. It's common sence if you are rude and obnoxious to her or her staff. How do you expect to be treated. I do intend to do business again with her. I am a woman and I don't see her hating me. When you buy a used car, it's used and it may have problems. They are nice people trying to run a business. Be kind and they will respect you.
