In November 1997, Sullivan Dental Products, Inc. completed a merger with HSI Acquisition Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Henry Schein, Inc., pursuant to which Sullivan became a wholly owned subsidiary of Schein. Previously, Sullivan Dental Products, Inc. sold dental supplies, equipment, and repair parts; and provided related services primarily to dentists throughout the United States.
