This place is unreliable. Take too long to pick you up "20-30 minutes" is actually 45 to an hour , because of this I make it a habit to call in hour in advance if I have to get somewhere. I called just now for my Doctors appmt and my cab didn't show up, his excuse was the person who took the call "wrote down t he wrong #" and all he had for me was "I apologize" after I have now cancelled my appmt. When you call sometimes they take several minutes to answer and the line is even busy. The people who answer the phone are rude as well. This place just sucks all together.

I periodically have to get a lift between about 40 miles away and Fitchburg. Twin City is reliable, courteous, economical and prompt. Can't .ask for more.

I will never use this taxi service again, the woman that answered the phone was rude, they took 40 minutes to pick me up when they said it would be 20 and the driver was busy talking on his cell phone the whole ride, bad mouthing his own company.
