pretty bad when I call and I get no customer service at all. I was lookig to purchase two gas fireplaces, but if I can't speak with anyone on the first call that tells me the kind of service I wouldn't have.

I took quite a bit of the salesman's time asking questions and also visited other local businesses to try to get the best price and service. The staff at the store are true experts and know everything about the stoves and installation. They are a model of good customer service. They also have an amazing showroom. poor service...bought pellet stove 2 years ago Never worked properly from the beginning..they did try to fix it from time to time but had to wait two weeks or more for service...gets cold quick..be careful..we believe this product is a lemon and we are stuck with it

We bought a wood stove and it's perfect. We waited three months for it and it was well worth it! Price for stove and installation was reasonable and the installation went smoothly.
