General Info

Dr. Fogelsong completed his residency training in family medicine at Community Family Medicine Residency in July 2016 where he served as the residency’s Chief Resident. As a family medicine physician, Dr. Fogelsong enjoys seeing patients of all ages throughout any stage of life, and particularly enjoys preventive care and men’s health. Besides spending time with his family, he loves running with his dog, basketball and being active in his church.
