This is the best pet boarding service in all of Indiana! Our precious border collie mix, Croswald Stancato, is always eager to come visit. He gets a glimmer in his big brown eyes as soon as we enter the premises. Additionally, we have always gotten our little Crosby a bath at the end of his stay, which leaves his fur fluffy and fuzzy and makes him smell amazing! The staff is so wonderful, supportive, and amazing, and truly cares about every precious pet left with them! Its great to know that our little dog is in great hands and care as we leave!

Horrible Customer Service. Actually had an employee verbally abuse us and tell us that they did not need us a customers because we felt we were being over-charged. They say "$20/day" for your pet to stay, but then double charge you when your dog stays overnight- even if less than 24 hours- as it is "2 days". Won't go back.
