We had to call the police at midnight because someone had been through our stuff while we had been at a concert. They overcharged us 4 times. We were supposed to be comped for our room at $81.54 and we were charged a total of $326.16. Complete lack of customer service and extremely poor management. I am in the process of filing charges. No one has been helpful in the least at resolving this. Julie seemed to be of some help at first but now refuses to return calls. I just want my money back people!
