The customer service was so terrible in creating and finishing my baby registry that as soon as I finish writing this review I will be deleting it. When I arrived I went to customer service to find out the procedure of creating a baby registry and the clerk told me gruffly that there was kiosk in jewelry. I headed in the general direction of jewelry and filled out the form as directed which printed a receipt that told me to ask the jewelry attendant for a scanner. Unfortunately there was no attendant. I waited several minute and walked to a nearby cashier who said she would call them. I waited 5 or so more minutes, nothing. I spoke to the cashier again. She said "well I already called them once." She called again adding that it was for a registry. Someone came and I exchanged my drivers license for a scanner. I was not given any directions on how to use the device or even directed toward the baby section of the store. I wandered off, made my selections which were few as the selection was not very good and then headed back to collect my license. Again, no one was around. My mom went and spoke to the cashier and another woman approached 'oh I am over there but I am all by myself until 8' but she made no attempt to go to the jewelry counter. Instead she stayed and chatted with the first cashier for several moments. I went off to find a manager, which was no where to be found and when I returned, about 10 min later, a woman was entering the counter and immediately pulled out my license and returned it in exchange for the scanner. In all I think I waited for the jewelry attendant for at least half of the time that I spent in the store.
