Working hard to create a company that will be owned by a second generation, Shawn and Andie Gray, the family works together to bring personalized service and a caring touch to each customer. You will see the entire family at the store providing service that represents exactly what they are, honest, and top notch with all aspects of their business. Team members that help with design, delivery, and keeping the show room filled with numerous brands and options are often seen at the store.
Reviews
Friendly people, willing to work with you, determine your needs, show you several options and walk you through the process with a smile.Well, at least until after you buy from them, then it can take a while to get anyone to help you and I they're horrible about reaching back out. It took me weeks to get someone to call me back to schedule a time for someone to come look at an issue I was having which is still not resolved at the time of this review, did finally get out to look at our issue, and then it went back to silence.I'll even say, I was hesitant to put a review up. Their responses to complaints on the BBB website are very unprofessional. It doesn't take much to say "We're sorry, but our policy prohibits "X". They went instead into massive detailed rants where they present themselves as benevolent gods and the customers are greedy parasites. Honestly I wish I had seen the reports beforehand but I figured "I won't ever have an issue with a piece of furniture, or at least not while it's still in the warranty phase". The store itself feels like walking through a very narrow cave made of upholstery and leather. Furniture boxes you in on all sides, you might have to turn around and find a new route if someone else is walking toward you. When walking through the store I briefly pictured them trying to put one more recliner on display without breaking a window. I imagined that if I had been in the back of the store and a fire started I would likely die. A warehouse, expansion, or just some better inventory management would do these folks great. To be fair, this place isn't entirely bad. This is just about some of the cheapest furniture you can get in town aside from secondhand stores and garage sales. So if you just need to replace a broken chair, couch, bed, etc and don't want to spend a lot of money than this is the place to go. Just realize, it's a "buyer beware" situation and you're likely in for a major headache if you have any problems.Their response was as follows:This is how people try to treat a business to try to force them to do what they want and not what is right.. Mr Trutt absolutely destroyed his furniture and trying to blame us for why the furniture is broken or for not taking care of the issue.... if you break your television by knocking off your stand that is not warranty....if you jump on you furniture and rip every spring out of it that is not warranty nor poor quality or any of the things that are alleged in this review...it is just sad that people use reviews as a way to try to extort their desires instead of what is right. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS BREAKING AND HAVE NOT TREATED ANYONE POORLY IN ANY MANNER. THIS IS JUST SOMEONE TRYING TO BLAME SOMEONE ELSE FOR THE WAY THEY TAKE CARE OF THE THINGS THEY OWN. Once again I think is disheartening to exaggerate so many things about our small family business that sells great products at a great price, and try to use this forum get something for nothing when nothing is owed. This is just not repairable....
