The Brian Center of Fincastle is a 60-bed nonprofit skilled nursing and rehabilitation that provides a wide range of medical services. It provides 24-hour emergency services. The center provides treatment for lung diseases, chest injuries, multiple sclerosis, and cardiac, neurological, neuromuscular disorders.
