I went to Moon Valley Nursery this weekend because of their email I got about their summer clearance sale. They had pretty much everything on sale and the product looked pretty good. I picked up a few palms for around my pool and feel I got a good deal and some nice plants.

Moon Valley made a mistake in delivering their product. The company went above and beyond to correct the issue. Would definitely shop there again after they showed not only good selection but good honest peoples they have to work with.

I went to Moon Valley, in selecting two trees for my yard, I was not really happy with the result after the trees were planted. The trees were planted properly, but I was not happy with the tree species selection. I had signed off on everything and Moon Valley could have easily said they had met their commitment, which was true. However, when I went back and spoke to them they said they did not want an unhappy customer. We discussed the tree selection and they sent out their crew to swap out the trees. They planted two of the most perfect Live Oak trees and I am thrilled with the result . Thank you Moon Valley for making this customer a future repeat customer!

So like everyone else this year I lost a ton of plants during the winter freeze. My tropical paradise I created in the desert didn't fair so well this winter with the record breaking freeze we had. As always I was very impressed by the quality of plants and the service I received from these people. Even during the heat of the summer I had someone who was willing to give me all the info I needed and They made sure I picked the right plants. I did go tropical again even though I know what can happen but I have to have my pool side retreat be perfect and the people at Moon Valley helped me get it done....again.

We hired their irrigation installer and they are working now. They will be back this afternoon to plant the other trees. They are awesome I am so glad i found them.

It is so refreshing to hire a company to do work and they do exactly what they say they will do.
