      Very nice people. The girls are very helpful. The trainer, Shelby is awesome. I'm about 100 lbs over weight and she never treats me like I'm stupid or how did you get this big. It's really nice to workout somewhere where the people really do care about your results and you as a person. It makes it a lot easier every month when my dues money comes out.
