Once All Out Gutters Received Payment, getting them to return any phone calls is like pulling teeth. I've made close to 40 phone calls, to which a single one has not been returned. I received an e-mail instead about 2 weeks after my first phone call. I responded to the e-mail to which took another 5 days to receive a response back. My last e-mail still remains unanswered and it has been another 7 days. Chuck Azrate does not answer his cell phone whenever I have called, and doesn't return phone calls left on his voice mail. Before they did the work on my patio cover he seemed more interested in returning phone calls, but I guess since he has been paid for the work they did, he feels customer service after the sale is not necessary.
