I have had a very good experience at this office, prompt and courteous service!

I've only been to this post office once, even though it's only a few minutes from my house. The one time I was there, I felt like I was walking into a jail cell. There were bars on the windows and you had to put your item in this boxed off area, close the window, then the teller would open their window to get it or something like that. The teller wasn't very nice either and assumed you knew what you were doing rather than explaining what they needed you to do. It was more like being in Detroit than Ferndale. Ever since then I decided to visit the post office in my hometown of Berkley instead.

Bullet proof glass, long lines and no postage or stamp machine. Super outdated, limited parking, inefficient overall and clerks are rude because they can be.
