To anyone wishing to deal with them for a rental property, don't. These guys have decent places but overall charge too much for what you get out of them. I had several problems with my dishwasher and could not get it fixed even after they replaced it with what they said was a new one. Their so called repair man is a off duty cop making a extra buck who doesn't do a damn thing. Plus my buddy across the street from me never got his dishwasher fixed and also never got there air conditioner fixed because the owner couldn't afford a new one for them. If that doesn't show you how cheap these people are, I don't know what will. Watson also has a problem with their bank and automatic bill pay. I have had on 4 occasions where they said they didn't get the rent, sent me a notice the next day with threats of extra fees and on the last one eviction in 3 days which is illegal in the state of Georgia. The electric bill was always high in the summer thanks to poor a air conditioner and insulation. The only plus was how close to the Kings Bay base I was. The secretaries were nice and tried to help but in the end, unless the place is cheap for rent, don't do it. The Crossings is a trap so go elsewhere if you can otherwise question everything.
