      This was the worst experience I've ever had trying to get parts for one of my customers.

      Shipping was incomplete. What should have been sold as a package was picked apart and sold piece by piece and very expensive.

      Midwest Equipment Company supplies a variety of foodservice equipment to restaurants throughout the Midwest United States. MEC is the authorized distributor of Taylor, Broaster, Flavorburst and Perfect Fry brand products for all of Missouri and most of Kansas. Its products include ice cream machines, grill equipment, frozen beverage equipment, pressure fryers, ventless deep fryers and other cooking equipment. The company provides next day delivery of parts and has more than 25 certified technicians to service its customers. It also provides equipment refurbishing programs, equipment rebuild programs and steam cleaning. Midwest Equipment was founded in 1926 and is based in Fenton, Mo.
