These guys do it right! They took my cast iron heads from "basket case" condition to race ready in just a few days. Pricing was fair and reasonable, and the quality is some of the finest. I was so impressed with the work, that they are currently machining my 350 4 bolt small block to be a 383 stroker. I recommend that you call Jon for all of your engine machine work for your daily driver, or high performance street machine. You will not be disappointed by any means. I will be doing business with them more in the future!

Returned to Fenton Machine Shop and received spectacular service at a great price yet again. Fenton Machine is the only place i will have machine work done keep up the good work guys.
I had a wonderful experience very professional fast service. Had the owner Jon personally build my motor runs top notch. No complaints from me and would reamend Fenton Machine shop to anyone.
If I could do zero stars, I would. We sent near all the parts of a 2000 S10 4.3l motor to these guys. They charged a buddy of mine $1000 dollars to basicly recondition a whole motor. The price was fair, but we come to find that they sold us the wrong set of heads. He had sold us a set he had already reconditioned, which werent the right style of cylinder head. So we returned those and got out originals back reconditioned. No problems yet.Once we got the motor all together, it wouldnt run right. To make a long story short, we tore down the motor again to find out that he had sold us the wrong camshaft as well. I checked part numbers using AutoData, and he had sold us the camshaft for a 1994- TBI motor, which is not interchangeable with the 1995+ MPI Vortec motors. We took the cam back to the shop. He got a temper, told us to find another place to buy the right camshaft, and told the customer to "Get the $@&! out of my shop"
They do quality job at a reasonable price. Work was completed on time. Friendly, helpful service. Work was completed the first time, with no complications. Work was completed more quickly and with less cost than expected.
